An enthusiast is one of the best ways to describe myself. I worked for several years within the media space particulary as a Journalist. This is the period when I developed a voice and confidence .A voice to speak and a voice to influence. The skills I obtained at my previous job had a major impact on how I perform today.
I decided to venture into teaching because I like English. Not just as a subject but as a language too. I have a passion for wanting to share knowledge and improve the life of young children. And this has been my life for the past two years, to share knowledge and to implement growth.
I am an elementary school teacher. I teach 3rd-6th grade. My responsibilites include teaching students how to speak fluently.We indulge in fun and educational activities that challenge the mind and boost confidence. Some of my tasks include designing flash cards and insightful power point presentation for lessons. Giving feedback to Korean supervisors and monitoring students progress. I have a great ability of paying attention to detail.This has worked to my advantage because I am able to identify students needs and offer guidance accordingly.
